The Tenant Advocate Co. may assist renters by coordinating quotes for services such as removalists, end-of-lease cleaning, carpet cleaning, gardening, or maintenance services. These services are delivered by independent third-party businesses.

All third-party providers operate independently and are not employees, partners, or agents of The Tenant Advocate Co. While we assist with referrals and coordination, the delivery, quality, and pricing of third-party services remain the responsibility of the service provider engaged by the tenant.

For Platinum Membership subscribers, The Tenant Advocate Co. works with selected service providers to assist with coordinating end-of-lease and tenancy-related services. While we take care to engage reputable providers and manage coordination on your behalf, the services themselves are still performed by independent businesses and subject to their own terms, warranties, and conditions.

Platinum Membership includes coordinated services from pre-selected providers to streamline the end-of-lease process and reduce stress for members.
