Terms of Service

By engaging The Tenant Advocate Co., you agree to the following terms.

Scope of services
We provide non-legal tenancy support, including document preparation, evidence organisation, communication drafting, and procedural guidance. We do not provide legal advice or legal representation.

Payment
All services are provided on a fixed-fee or subscription basis as agreed prior to commencement. Fees must be paid before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
Direct debits for subscriptions are paid for the month in advance.

No guaranteed outcomes
While we take care to prepare clear and well-structured documents, we cannot guarantee outcomes in disputes, negotiations, or tribunal matters. Outcomes are determined by landlords, agents, tribunals, and other decision-makers.

Cancellations and refunds
If you need to cancel a service, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds may not be available once work has commenced. Membership cancellations will take effect in accordance with the terms outlined at the time of sign-up.

Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. The Tenant Advocate Co. is not responsible for outcomes affected by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information.
